tbh what you are getting affects all washing machines on the market, what you get is normal from water bugs etc, and I am not aware of a prevention solution.
you might be reluctant to have ice from a pub with some automated ice cube makers as they suffer from the same problem.

if your clock is not digital, it can still affect cooking.
If the clock is round it may have a small window at 9 or 3 oclock which will display a little hand (thats manual).
Just checking first b4 going any further.
has the oven got a supply to it ?

The thermostat Vial is held by a plastic retainer and is held by a screw the thermostat you require can be purchased @shop

if it freezing food solid in fridge from what you describe imho the thermostat sounds faulty, however check that you havn’t got the fast freeze switch on first

possibly the where this brush contact the drum is dirty, however in general if it is present and the contact area is clean, it may be more severe.
power off before investigating
however if you want an decent engineers post your postcode and am sur a local trades person may be able give you an estimate etc

Does anyone manufacture those secret (mfi) dishwashers now, haven’t seen one for years ( 😳 ) may help if strugling for space.

actualy your machine is a servis quartz manufacture for hitachi with minor alteration.
check the door interlock microswitch wich may be burnt this can give intermitant f4/f6 probs.
also make sure wires are not burnt on heater.
door lock per manufacture was 1309024 if my memory serves me right.hope this helps
