    I’ve come across this fault before and thanks to this forum it turned out to be that the drum bearings were badly worn causing drum to go out of line and shudder before bringing up this fault.

    Had similar with different machines always asummed it was a bad connection on some of the low voltage connection plugs that you cure by removing and replacing

    This valve is it a “diverter Valve”? @ £24.00 + Vat It just I have been trying to source part before I take on repair.

    Thanks iadom that would be great if you could email me that diagram, unfortunatly the customer removed plug belonging to doorlock, do you think the diagram will show these connections so I can reconnect using spade type connectors?

    Sorry with late reply

    But customer did not want it repaired at the time ( I think she wanted a second opinion ??) rang back recently for repair and the defrost senor seems to have done the trick
