had local service force team out took one look and said need new pcb £300
Even at connects prices thats steep.You’ll find that they didn’t know what they was doing so over priced the repair.(silly thing to do).would be more like £100.
Without seeing what is happening with the evaperator you can’t tell as it’s not a normal common fault. Tell the customer to leave it on and they go out and have a look at the evaperator. Is it frosted over ? is the fan running ? .

You should have live and neutral going to your compressor, live is through a overload.If the overload has failed then its normally due to compressor failure.

The problem with putting new refrigeration into your garage is that it won’t work when the temperature drops below +15c ambient temperature.it may work for a while then stop then start again when it gets warm.
