Re: Siemens fridge – door very hard to open after closing

    Hi

Easy fix option is to tape a match stick onto the face of the fridge freezer where the seal makes contact. Best place would be the right hand side. That will allow the pressure to equalise quicker and NO it wont allow excessive build up of ice.

    Hi Bob

As WTA members one of the perk’s is that I have access to the full Experian business package so that we can help try to weed out and advise where ever possible. You then have more of a fighting chance.

No Model number or any other info but I would be leaning to the main PCB.

Re: Leisure stainless steel cooker rusting

Baby oil is odourless and, if applied correctly, leaves a microscopic film across the surface to protect and prevent corrosion. It is used AFTER the surface has been cleaned. It also is fantastic at preventing finger marks. A must especially on American style fridge freezers.

And also collects all the dust and hairs..Also leaves finger marks.Baby oil designed and formulated for skin..Chromol formulated for stainless steel..suppose you use baby oil in your engine martin or a hammer instead of a screw driver or a nail instead of a 13amp fuse.

Maybe 20yrs ago baby oil was the only things out there but things move on and develop.

Use the tools for the job and the results will show.

Odd though it may sound but a well documented treatment for all stainless appliances is BABY OIL. Go check out the many Google sites and read for yourself.

That stuff is horrible and sticks and things get stuck to it.. Walk away and get a bottle of ” Chromol ” it will do the job better and without the smelly oily stuff.
