The hinges are a kit, a pair of, and on the hotpoint Disc at £33.35 plus vat.
There has recently been a price rise so the price you’ve quoted is ok(around £42.00).
Still available.
Part number 2502931.

KeymasterRe: Bosch SGS5302GB/09
Oh dear.
I pressed too hard because they all seem very unresponsive.
Now the second button has broken completely away from the panel and none of the other buttons work at all.
I’ve tried pressing the switch behind with button 4 but it’s not resetting.😥

KeymasterRe: AEG Competence 320F spares
Sorry, left that out of the original post: E-611251912, F-081845547
I’ve discovered this afternoon that I can “refurbish” most of the “fat filter” by blasting it with a blow torch – but it might still be a good idea to get another one if its not too pricey.
Also it looks like it’s just the top oven door seal that’s needed – the bottom one had just come a bit loose. But again, if it’s not too expensive it might be worth having a spare.
By the way, the old Phico dishwasher that you got the wheels for is still working well.
Thanks

KeymasterRe: Hotpoint dryer plus 9315
Thanks Martin.
There was me thinking I was being safer by making it possible to switch off after each use, and I could have burnt the house down!
Have sorted it now and just turned it on and it all seems ok!
Thanks so much for your time and advice, this is a great site and I’m glad I found it. 😀

Hi
Thanks for that, it is plugged into a 4 way trailing mulitsocket, only because the socket on the wall is behind the machine, so i ran the trailing socket up higher behind it so I can unplug it when I go out (I have a thing about leaving things on) Are you saying this is a bad idea? Should I get an electrician to move the socket so I can see it rather than using the trailing extension thingy (can you tell I’m not technical?) It has been like this for about a year with no problems before, or have I been just lucky?
Thanks for your help

KeymasterRe: smeg dwf64sse overfill
thanke for your replay DAVE..
yes the two left leds are but both are still iluminated…
I describe for you the seqvential…:
It start with drain out and fist light is blinking…,
-after a while it start to fill the whater and the second led is blinking… it sounds like the distribution wather between the uper/medium level is working until his sensor position is swtching…
-a few seconds after the pressure water-sensor is swtching,
-a time later the recycling-pump is starts,
-When the overfill sensor is switching he starts to pump the wather… and happends tree time…( in all this time the second led is blinking)
-after the thirth it start to pump out very short and stop whith an long beep and the two led still iluminated…
I wonder if you now the right order of the steps and the tolerance time needed for each steps… or you can say what the problem is…
Thank you again… Adrian O

The circuit board has fried on my Scandinova fridge freezer (tall cabinet free standing) and I’ll need to get a replacement.
Any ideas on where I could get one or is this a callout job?If it’s going to be costly it might be a good time to ditch the Scandinova and by a decent brand – anyone suggest one (Bosch) and a supplier?
Thanks
Dave
Hi Dave,
Talking about scandinova FF 6745D, my fridge has stopped working but freezer is ok can you give me idea which circuit board has blown in your case and where it is located. What else i need to look at to diagnose the problem. Thanks

KeymasterRe: Whirpool AWM 329 where do I clean filters?? And…
Thanks for that Clyde … found it and got it off nice and easy.
I took of the big black rubber hose that goes from the underside of the drum to the pump that pushes the water out… found the odd looking filter thing … amoungst loads of other stuff 😯 One sock , 4 coins , some card .. credit card perhaps and a bunch of other gunk.
No idea how a sock gets in there … but it’d been in there a long time..
Anyhow, I’ve cleared it all out and am giving the filter a good scrubbing. Is there anything else you can think of that I should check for while I got this all opened up? We had one of the kids taekwondo jackets chewed up once … no idea how that happened, but it was only that one time.
Also see the pipe running from the soap feeding tray has a bit of an ol leak … this is on the part that fits to the drum section … it has no way of tightening up as it looks like its just pushed through and meant to sit naturally on its bends … if you know what I mean 🙄
So far so good .. thanks for the help all.
Cheers… TJ

KeymasterRe: Ariston ALV95 Model # 46303610000
Thanks for the quick response Dave, The machine is made in Italy by Merloni, inside the machine I found a little inspection sticker all in Italian but on that ticket it has the model number as 303610000 ? But I have looked on the list of pdf’s and nothing close to that number. See these washing machines haven’t been coming into Australia for very long either, so we have hardly any information on these machines here.. Thanks Steve

Right… today is the day .. I’m finaly having a go at this.
I’ve removed the door .. but not door switch and partly slid the cover off …
Now the question is .. this huge rubber seal for the between the cover and drum … how do I get it off without damaging it?
Do I try get it off the drum … or cover?Cheers… TJ
