Re: Update your Bosch Washing Machine with your PC Whatever

Miele been doing this for ages. Enabling wash cycle to be lengthened extra rinse, longer fill if you have low water pressure etc etc. Good idea, extra revenue for agents. 😀

Our Bosch fridge freezer model KGV3120GB/01 has just stopped keeping the cabinets cool, but worked if the plug was taken out and put back in after a few minutes.

Following this thread I disconnected the dark blue and the dark brown wires and shorted out the plug where these wires were in the plug.

This did not fix it so I replaced these two wires back in the plug and repeated the proceedure on the other two wires in the plug.

This has fixed the problem and the fridge/freezer is now working correctly.

What do the sensors look like?

Are they just an NTC thermistor on a wiring harness ?

Thanks for the help on this forum. 😀

    two choices.

    1) stat/thermistor assuming it does heat
    2) module

we have changed the odd timer but usually their ok.

    Re: smeg dwf64sse overfill

the sensor is working perfectly… drain out the wather OK…
I didn’t understood very whell what you mean whith the set drain time period… (did you mean the time between start of draining and the moment when the wather level sensor switch contacts)
I’m ware about if internal memory program is damaged… and he is stock in this step…

    P.S.
    thank’s for your worry’s about the plug…
    I’m not a blondy… 😯

ok found it the serial no is- 204227567 80235740101.
This must be the older model it has one blue wire and two spade connectors. the machine is only two years old. Still not getting a result with it,the wife’s pushing me to buy a new machine. might not be a bad idea. I’d be looking for something thats basic does cool and hot washes, decent build quality and most of all quiet with no fancy electric’s thank you…any suggestions, cheers

I have checked the door rubber and soap drawer and box. No obvious problems I can see. The model no. is AWD 12 S Advantage.
Could there be something stuck in the pre chamber which would not easily be able to come out. I have checked it twice but nothing can be felt.

it tastes like tcp with a metallic hint.

not nice. I’ll look into the check valves solution.

    -Clive-
Yes. Water runs hot at tap (after a short period of time) and also flows hot from inlet pipe (tested when not connected to wm)

    -dpm-
is there a way for me to check if thats right myself?

    Thanks again guys
