we have been dealing with Paul for over 15 years, and the new mercury system is his best system to date, we have 7 people using it in the office, stores and sales,also 12 engineers all use it through their ipads,
Paul may be based in Canada but the service he gives is excellent, if you want the system changed in any way he will change it, for example we requested an instant messenger be put on the system and within a couple of hours it was done, you don’t get that sort of service from an off the shelf product, it is also very handy that he is available late in the evening therefore he can update and upload new versions of the software without interfering with the normal days running, as for him not being available during the morning, so far this hasn’t caused us any issuesSquadman, if you want to take a look at the system in action we would be more than happy for you to pop in so we can show you.

When you see a BT or NTL van stop and offer some silver across his palm and ask for some silocone bomb (crimps). Their water proof and will cure most of the low voltage wire jointing problems 🙂

You are missing the point that everyone is making. WE as a whole cannot remote diagnos the fault on your appliance as it is NOT a common problem.
If it was a common problem or that any of us had come across then we would say so !Bryan

It either says CATA or CDA they are both different manufacturers..Yes they may look identical but they may have slight differences. The MX6/1ss was sold by CDA several years ago but maybe still being old under that model number.
BUT .. If the manufacturer states CATA then its a appledon appliances unit who can be contacted on 01977 628100

Bryan`s Boiler fault example has shown Me that this is not realistic – although there is no comparison to the amount of components in a High Efficiency / Condensing Boiler and a Fridge Freezer.
Well theres where you are wrong and to which we make our point !! there are at least 6-7 components that cause your fault !! simple.. I also have so many discussions where the so called gas safe engineers can’t be bothered to repair gas cooking appliances as it doesn’t make them as much money as central heating repairs..
We as refrigeration engineers don’t have grab by the balls attitude and do try to repair refrigeration but we aren’t magicians or able to telepathically read or know faults..
And yes I am also a gas safe engineer and fully qualified refrigeration engineer. And yes I am fed up with the so called gas safe engineers who can’t be bothered or deny the liability where they haven’t done their job correctly and leave the crap to be picked up by the manufacturers engineers when the so called gas safe engineers leave leaks on installations and then blame it onto the appliance.
Chris..your not a refrigeration engineer..you don’t know what your doing..you don’t listen to the advise given..stick to what you 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} know and stop being a stut.
