If that is the first time it’s happened and you haven’t cleared it before then the likely cause is that something has been touching the back wall and as it’s been defrosting and restarting it builds up like that over a while.
Turn off for a few hours and defrost it.
Then restart.If it comes back in the same place then it’s possible insulation or restriction.

I use a length of strap and slide it from top to bottom of the door and pull towards the glass which releases the pecker

That’s normally due to blocked pump or build up of crap inside the machine. Check the pump and filter and also carry out several 90oc washes

Nope. You’ve left something in your pockets and it’s come out normally on spin.
If it’s under warranty then the likelihood is that they won’t cover it and you’ll be charge for the call out and repair.
You could always try chemical metal or the such like from Halfords .
