Did you check that all the rotor holes were clear? as if not, there will be a build-up of pressure which will do what you are experiencing.

Have only ever had this fault once… The problem was that the dishwasher was not quite level

Obviously you have water getting into the base… Is this overflowing, or is it a leak from somewhere in the base…
You are going to need an engineer if you can’t find the source of the water ingress

Hi Dave, I have asked for clarification of the current situation…Qualtex with drew the 5PM cut-off time due to issues with the couriers and warehouse staffing.. I am currently trying to get them to raise the 3PM to 4PM for members.

The heat pump dryers may not have the insulation as you say, but what they do still have is the oil in the compressor, which is still classed as a contaminant ..
Nevertheless, I don’t suppose anyone will be able to recognise the difference between a heat pump dryer and a standard condenser dryer
