Had one the same yesterday. Tried 5 or six times then tried it again with the door open and it worked, may just be a coincidence.

Just noticed that my less than pukka office system wasn’t great on windows 8 but works perfectly now. Some of the other apps are a lot better including the photos but 8 was a nightmare tbh

Was pretty straightforward, we lost the notification window so I went onto the Microsoft website and it seemed you didn’t have to wait at all, I guess they didn’t want their site to crash.
The download took forever but installation was about an hour
