Thanks Jim. Not sure what the problem is here. A forum is (I thought) for helping others and getting help with certain info. I’ve been doing this now for the best part of 30years and one of the biggest things I’ve learnt is you will never ever know everything. Learn something new every day no matter how good you think you are.

That’s amazing turnaround, 30 calls booked in a couple of hours, wow, you need to let the rest of us know how you do it, I could never get that volume of calls booked in a couple of hours.
Very well done and I hope you can achieve I very high first time fix otherwise you will be busy second calling the week after, that will be where is eating in to your profit.
