There is a thermal cut out in the motor which goes frequently and seemingly for no reason. Only available as a new motor.

When you get it, it is quite simple.
Remove front box, after removing grill. Hook new vent around where box has come off of, screw to back panel, refit grill and VOILA!!

ParticipantRe: New Warranty Registration
Just had a call from Elizabeth at Amica saying to register appliances on-line.
How do we do this? and as Steve says, how far back do we have to go?

ParticipantRe: ISE10 Fault F1
Went to this today and the display was blank and water more than halfway up the door.
Tried to drain but just got a buzzing noise. Drained through syphon hose and removed kirby grip from pump impellor. On quizzing the customer found out the machine had not finished previous cycle so she attempted to start it again and it filled then came up with F1 which is correct as it had overfilled. But why did it attempt to fill again when it was already full?
Anyway it is all working now, so in future if you get F1 fault check the pump.bazza500

Out of all the non heating faults on Matsui’s i have been to it has been these stats.
They are very easy to replace. They just screw out from underneath. The part you see inside the dishwasher stays in place, only the thermostats unscrew.

The thermostats are bought and replaced as a pair. They should both be a short cct when tested with a meter.
Power off if you are going in. :zap:
