She needs to contact the retailer who sold her it and they are responsible for repairing it.
Re: Membership.
I don`t see why they should get free membership. Maybe reduced….but not free. They will join the first year then we’ll never see them again. At least at reduced membership we would at least get something from them.

Ovens were absolute rubbish,edges sharp as razors, all cables inside too tight and take any cover off and the whole thing goes out of shape and thats if you could get the screws out as they had been put in so hard that they just turn but don’t extract. Neons used to flicker all the time ,even when the appliance was selected off………..

Sounds like a blocked pressure system.
small pipe that goes from bottom of machine to a round switch near the top. Check and make sure this is not blocked and also check the tube it comes from at the bottom.

I have been doing this since 1st October when it was introduced and every customer has signed the waiver form and I would say 99.9{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of them dont even read it.
Complete waste of time…… but does generate around 10,000 sheets of A4 paper a year for me.
