module fault, this appliance is 2 appliances in 1, a pcb for the RH side and a pcb for the LH side. Check the intake fans under the appliance and check that the front vent has not been blocked with a drawer rail b4 changing the pcb. Big money for a pcb (big one under the induction plates) not the user pcb at the front!

pull both hoses off the side chamber, the entry to the chamber or the extit from the side chamber will be blocked with foil or cling film. thats the usual!! dont worry about the blocked air break, it is only there to stop it sucking water back from the drain. It is not to feed water back into the machine in the event of a blockage! It may even be worth removing and cleaning the anti return flap located in the pump area

take the magnet float out of the base and clean it, it will have iron fileings stuck to it weighing it down. There is a new mushroom float and pcb available for the appliancve with the magnet fitted (188106) looing inside the tank the magnet and cover is located at the 6 oclock position.

from memmory, the float will, via the pcb stop the machine to prevent more water fronm collecting in the base. Is the machine stopping when the trays are full?

Check the emergency door relece tab behind the doap drawer is in the fully disconneced position!
