The End / Ready light, in fault display mode indicates that the door is open after programme has started. From experience, this is usually the pcb. Part No:- 445554 £102.30 inc vat.

    Re: Whirlpool Side By Side

Hmmm i dont see that part listed on Sios for this appliance, is that deffo the correct part no for this model. Oh and do you know if you have to change both pcb’s together? This appliance is fully defrosted, when it is switched on the alarm sounds, after about 40 seconds the heat exchanger fan starts, but no live to the comp. If i supply a live feed, comp starts and runs fine and appliance starts to cool. Is it possible that it is just the bimetal sensor that is faulty and not the pcb?
    strange one!

There is a modified mushroom float and pcb for the older plastic bottom dishwashers! The new version of the plastic bottom dishwasher has no magnetic float fitted.

this appliance is an auto sensing one. if there is no wet load in the appliance, it will switch off within aprox 2 mins. It passes a current through the laundry, this charge is then picked up between the tank and the paddles, the drum and the paddles can get coated with a coating of softener, give the tub and paddles a clean to ensure that the charge is being detected.

    Re: Bosch KIV3235GB/42

Appliance may have a gas leak, that is why the rear wall has blistered away from the evap. system could now be short of gas, thats why it will not cool lower than 10deg. Appliance is prob a write off.
