just a tthought,has this little fella got a sensor in duct hose,if it has just check the leads going into it, they breakin the connector,nothing shows up in the diagnostics,hope this helps nige

we had a cracker,finished job to the best of my ability to be told not paying,then she’s on phone to hubby to my suprise he’s on his way to sort me out,i said the choice is his,i’m ex soldier and my brother ex royal marine,slight discussion on phone with hubby,how would you like to be paid cash or cheque ,love it when a plan comes together,the guy apologised and now regular customer 8)

I still can’t understand why he needs two sets of hands to hold back seal or fit retaining band,it only takes a few seconds to fit them!It only takes the length of his video to take the old seal off and fit the new one and with knuckles intact. 8) what does get under my skin is that there is only the mention of unplug before use,a reason they might need an experienced so called washing machine engineer is that we would visually and electricaly test with megger, e.l.i.t or pat test before and after to ensure the customers safety a small price to pay!,i’m off to dark corner now 😕

I’m not sure if this is the same fault as I had,but it sounds similar on the left hand side just below the soap drawer is a y piece,I found it easier to remove left hand side panel to get at it although my mate removed soap drawer to do his ,I cleaned the 3 pipes that go into this and the ‘y’ piece and it never flooded again hope this helps also have a look at the clear chamber at the rear left i’ve had these block 😕

try gently tweaking horse shoe type latch down about 1mm this should stop it from flying open in wash also make sure upper basket isnt snagging ’cause this will keep door slightly ajar and cause leak into facia and base tray, hope this helps had lots do it same on zanussi z series regards nige [eccosse rule]

the model given is:sms50e06gb/01,apparently the e25 refers to the detergent solution pump being blocked or cover loose,but what is the detergent solution pump any help would be appreciated thankyou
