    Nomadpaul my concience got the better of me,rang her to find that she has lived in house for 14 months not d/w age, thats 3yrs,call booked for fri,is this fault the e25 the little pump cover that becomes dislodged?Sorry for wrong info 😳

    washerman,we have an update,when m/c is on with no load ,on normal prog it does not cut out, but keeps running,doing everything correctly,if the dryer is turned off and reset on normal prog again no load,with humidity sensor lifted off drum it cuts out and beeps as if to say no load or humidity level reached which iscorrect [ the lamps now are correct and no fault indication] any ideas nige :rolls:

    dont know why neutral is missing when you checked for voltage and continuity,but as helpful little jimmy used door as trampoline I would check loom for breakages,ie when opened loom may be ok but when shut it may be oc or visa versa just a thought

    yes these are the leds that flash no i havent tried this but will,also m/c does not cut out after 1 min with nothing in drum, even with humidity sensors lifted from drum nige

    trylooking at basket rack ends they often break or split then rust leaving deposits

    Hi oh ugly one,if it was anything like the Zanussi one’s of times gone by as long as the incoming water wasn’t above 60 degrees it was ok if above this temp it can affect the resins in the regeneration container,spk soon nige hope all’s well :rolls:

    I’m not sure if this would be the same thing but awhile ago on the bosch made hotpoint I reversed the live[phase] and the capacitor leads and got similar fault changed leads around and it worked fine,one of the other guys may know why hope this helps nige 🙂

    ta beever have checked instal and air gap not 4-5mm, advised before fitting plate,cause they didnt believe us we fitted plate ageed by them but still same fault,we have advised more air,will let you know outcome 😉

    Superfix the h and 9 flash but does nothing else until it cools down,it affects both left hand plates at he same time not just one,ie both flash and wont work,the right hand side plates work perfectly 😕 and just to confuse its itermittent

    if you look at speed control you have 2x hex head screws,this is to increase or decrease speed i cant remember which way does what but you will soon see ,you have to adjust speed on setting one to one rev/sec,most people used to do this live so be careful!!!!!!!!hope this helps nige
