    Please note that two of the glass plates are coated another reason to have a WELL trained engineer/ tech.

    JTM will not allow me to use van stock to do a first time repair as all spare have to come through them.

    Having worked on this model quite a lot, it sounds like the module may have gone down. Is it still under a year old? I have a few old modules if you need.
