    hi icebox

post the model number or product code from the appliance, located on the rating plate on left hand side of the fridge next to the salad box, it will be of help to confirm the fault code.
someone will get back to you when normal working hours resume tomorrow. (normal not on a monday) 😮

    Cheers Bob.

    Hi Johno

the relay that supplies the power to the door latch assy is on the top right hand side of the appliance on the mains input PCB, i have had this problem with a sticking relay, try operating the door release button at the same time tap the realys with a screwdriver, sounds crude but it has all ways worked for me, the cure is a new pcb. please check the sillys first johno. (door handle and latch assy are available without buying the complete door)

    Cheers Bob.

    Hi Tony,
look for a small motor at the rear of the gearbox assy, see if it turns the outer ring gear abt 60 degrees when the appliance enters conta rotate mode, i suspect the gearbox might be at fault but check that motor first.

i have 4 of these machines for parts only so let me know how you get on.

    Cheers Bob.

    Re: LG WD12126RD Washer Dryer

Allready checked the web site Dave,
The fill hose from the dispenser is a plastic pipe, but like you say it may have a flap at the machine end, will try LG Tech again as the customer need a resolution soon.

    Re: Candy CPC290FFK Fridge freezer,

    hi
the approx resistance depends on the temp of the fridge sensor,

    -30c abt 47,000 ohms
    0c abt 9,000 ohms
    +20c abt 3.500 ohms

if the module is ok and the reading is below 3,500 ohms then measure
6.5 inches down from the top and 6.5 inches in from the left hand side looking from the rear of the appliance, make a 4 x 4 inch square cut into the backwall and carefully remove the insulation you will soon find it, its hidden behind an aluminuim plate and just slides in from the left.

    Cheers Bob.
