If you wired the stat up incorrectly you could have just shorted the stat out so the compressor is always on.
Check the wiring again as Im sure you took the precaution of writting the 3 pin numbers and colours down before removing them!

    hi cornwell40
next time you require brushes for miele i would recomend taking one of the brushes with you and going on the masterpart website to match it up. Have done this a few times, last set cost about £4. can save you some serious $ on getting the miele endcap.

just fitted that indesit part. Trouble is that it is an inch and half longer than the original so had to fit it at a bit of an angle. Seals ok and heating now. Dont think the customer will notice, i hope!
    thanks for the advice P45.

I thought Geek squad had been around for years in the uk! Sheds already offer this service, Comet have ‘Comet on call’, (on road pc techs) and i have seen lots of independents doing this.

    Re: Zanussi ZJD-1219 Grumbling

If its not spraying at all its probably got a foreign object obstructing the spray pump, hence the noise. They are actually quite awkward to get to as you have to split the cabinet in half so I would advise calling out your local service man who could clear or replace the pump cheaper than service force.(the manufacturers)

My missis has a HAIER fridge freezer she has had since she moved into her house 6 years ago, which is strange as Comet started supplying them about 2 years ago.
It has been great so far believe it or not!

Re: ISE 2 machines are they any good?

do you lot not think this is going against some of the ISE principles? as obviously this appliance is not up to the same standard as the the others in the range?

I want to be able to say to my customers ‘buy this as this is the best appliance on the market?’
