    what detergent is being used, if they use tablets it will leak, read instructions, its states on some models that tablets must not be used!!!

    Hi I was made redundant in July from a company based in Rotherham which covered Sheffield, we did work for currys but there are a few agents in that area there is a Service force agent based in Sheffield also, its a bit cut throat!!!

    yep thats normal, if you want to booster or cook on high put 1 pan on left side and 1 on right

    I think you might find that Zanussi changed from a stretch belt to a tensioned one because drums whre getting tight due to fluff build up and they snapped, there is a service bullitin on TDS advising of this, I used to work for service force but havnt seen one of these machines in a couple of years.
    so it looks like the belt is of the original and the longer one is for the tensioned style, does it have a tensioner on it?

    have you checked the motor brushes? when worn these throw up silly faults, dont know of any fault codes, also check it is not in child lock or stuck in a program, i.e. cancel and reset.

    dont asume anything, these are chinese made machines!!!!

    Have you tried to blow into the pressure switch while filling to see if it stops? Or check continuity while blowing into it? that would eliminate the switch leaving only the pcb.

    I worked for Zanussi and generally the customer service is pretty good, or at least they used to be about 10 year ago.
