Wont be a circuit board on that model either the element or ntc probes or the evaporator fan is jammed with ice

    Re: Seven Days A Week

I can remember electrolux requesting us to do same day call’s how could that really of worked unless there was an engineer who had an area of no more then 3 miles square!!. The people in an office who come up with this idea amongst the other classics like a call within an 2 hour window and my favorite “we can get the engineer to call you an hour before they call” ( 😯 erm hello how do I know how long the jobs before will take let alone the traffic )are detached totally from what life is like out on the road. 👿

Its the fill valve at fault the coil feeding the condensor will be o/c .The valve costs around £25-£30 depending on the website you use.

I know E62 says motor triac but I’ve found replacing the board is not always the answer its been the motor but seems as its just cheap cr4p in disgiuse as something which was once well built and respected either way throwing parts at it is false ecomnomy. (If its out the g’tee that is )

It wont be a capacitor on the board at fault it has to be with the motor

If the bottom spray arm is plastic check it isnt split on the side as if it is it then sprays the water out from under the door.

check the bottom connection on the front display pcb if thats ok then it has to be the main pcb on the side .Check for burn mark on the door switch as this can damage the pcb

Could well be the plastic part between the buttons and the pcb behind the fascia. Electrolux describe it as a diffuser . its tends to crack and miss contact with switch on the pcb. An easy fix

I think it could be the motor tacho either loose from the motor or becoming open circuit once it warms up
