theres no reset code but if the float sswith is ok then you could check to see if the valve has locked out. next to the valve is a small pink hose remove the white cap and release any water thats in it then remove the small clear hose on the valve itself to release any pressure and refit

Re: Miele/AEG/Electrolux/Zanussi microwave door lock hook ca

the door parts are clipped together and i use a small scraper and work it around inbetween the two parts but i wouldnt advise it as a diy job particually as it needs microwave leak testing afterwards

If the ice build up is more in the top corner then the system has failed . Being built in they tend to work much harder and a lot of the time the installer doesent provide the correct ventilation on the wooden plinth at the bottom so that shortens the life even more.

    Re: Beko AP930 Fan Fault?

yes that most certainly is the evaporator fan motor thats failed for thats exactly the symtoms you get so i suspect the fan thats fitted is not suitable if you want to remove the fan then it is replaced from inside the freezer you need to remove the ice draw and the clear flap and tray above it now you will see the ice maker and this clipped in so to remove it you have to grasp it and pull forward this just about gives you the room to remove the white cover in front of the fan then 2 screws hold the fan in place and the wiring unclips from a small socket. The fan should turn clockwise towards the fridge. My firm and im sure others would send a fan assy to you from the uk

Re: JLDWW1205 Dishwasher lights up but won’t do anything fur

Both the on/off switch and the plastic door catch/switch assy can give trouble on this model but the circuit board can also go so if its lighting to say power but then no display when you select the programme then out of the three i would say it has to be the circuit board

Yes thats well worth a punt . Zanussi has taken a nose dive in terms of quality and as for the korean brands if you mean LG or Samsung then i stopped servicing them because of having to wait ages for the parts resulting in aggro of the customer.

They said the noise doesnt occour on spin plus the Askoll pumps have improved over the years and I carnt recall having to replace one recently Martin but the marvolus idea of a plastic dryer fan keeps my business ticking over nicely 😆

    Re: Noisy AEG Washer Dryer

You need to undo the heater box and push it away from the fan with a bit of wiggling it is possible to remove the fan but its awkward if you havnt done it before. Electrolux which own the AEG name are usually quite good when it comes to good will so its well worth a phone call

    Re: Noisy AEG Washer Dryer

It will be the dryer fan assy and yes the fan does activate on the wash cycle at the final rinse stage. The condensor which the fan sits on will also likely be blocked to some exstent.

6 years is about right as when they are intergrated they have to work harder . Just make sure whoever fits the new one reads the instructions regards the ventilation

It sounds like system noise has it ever had ventilation provided on the wooden plinth at the bottom as the instructions state as if not then it could be on its way out
