    thanks for the reply Ally,
the customer said model is RS7567BNCSP but I think it should be BHCSP?

Problem is ice maker not working and water not coming out cold.
freezer temp is -20 and food frozen as normal, fridge temp ok also.
I’ve not done one before so was after test info etc for future ref.
for ice maker would check it’s on on control panel then try reset but how can water be warm if fridge temp is ok? cheers Darrell

    Re: Liebherr CUN3033 Service information

    Hi Eddie,
They seem a popular model and i’ve got another one to do so I would like the usual service info- test procedures, sensor values, wiring diagrams, just to have on file if poss.
    regards Darrell

Re: Bosch SMI2012GB/14 flying through cycle

so if I then disconnected the stat it wouldn’t be any different as the connection is still open but if I bypassed it with some copper cable and still have the same problem, it will be the timer wouldn’t it?
    cheers

Re: Bosch SMI2012GB/14 flying through cycle

apologies for delayed reply Dave, i’ve been away with the family this weekend. My initial thought was the timer but don’t know what would cause it to just click straight through the cycle- then finding the open stat, i’m thinking the machine is reading the lack of resistance from NTC which indicates already hot and is therefore clicking through to finish?
I suppose it would be prudent to go back and disconnect the ntc as it’s almost £40 to replace, a waste of money if wrong!
    cheers Darrell

Re: Bosch SMI2012GB/14 flying through cycle

Hi Dave, yeah it’s an old one mate. Only has three programs. When a program is selected, the timer continuously ticks and the cycle is finished within 5mins!
I found the part number for the 65 degree stat from the numbers on the side of it- it’s a special order!
    cheers

Thank you matey, I did go on the siemens site, I scrolled through but couldn’t see a relay other than the full compressor kit!
that p/n you supplied is indeed the correct one. I checked the capacitor with a meter and is good!
    thanks again Darrell
