I feel a ‘sticky’ coming on about how to use the search facility to it’s full advantage? 😉

ParticipantRe: Possessed Washing Machine!
FWIW i’ve seen one or several where the Plaset pump does snap it’s impellor off but because of the small clearance around it in the chamber the drive shaft does manage to ‘engage’ with it and pump the water out (eventually). It does of course make that rattling noise when it does so 😆

Yes, that error code does mean it’s not heating. So…the problem could be the heater, the control pcb, the NTC (kind of thermostat) or the wiring between them.
The only way to identify which is to get a meter in there. Plug out if having a go yourself :zap:
Alternatively, if you feel it’s beyond you then try the link below for a local engineer?

Pressure system? :con:
Failing that, time for one of the Bosch boys to chip in?

Have you checked the motor brushes? I’ve had two or three where it appears to work fine until either the motor has warmed up or there is a large load in there 😉

ParticipantRe: WHIRLPOOL ADG 7550 – HELP PLEASE!
Maybe it’s time for an engineer to come and have a look for you…if the machine has drained but it’s not registering the fact, then you may have wiring/pcb problems.
Of course it’s entirely possible that the piece of plastic you pulled out wasn’t the only bit in there, and there may be more somewhere in the drain line? :con:
