ewn14780w interlock

Door will not open. posted this problem previously.Seamy kindly replied and and said about button on interlock that can be pressed to release door.Was unable to see any visible way of opening it and had to resort to breaking interlock off. tried usual methods to open it,wire and strimmer cord across back of handle etc but this one has a raised lip on i/lock that prevents any contact with latch.Another one to look at tomorrow so any help appreciated.Paul

Thank you both for replies.Had another look today. Ran diag and last error was E66 heater relay or element.Element tested previously and again today all good,res and ins.Ran a 95 wash and called back later. It completed this no prob.Thinking pcb due to the erratic nature of faulting.
