    w123 uk bg theres 2 versions metal or plastic tub, parts are different so check what tubs fitted and the serial number

    there is also a normal w123uk wich has the metal tub with the normal 4 legged bearing spider

    absolute bargain that! 😯 at 10+ years old its probably not wise to spend much getting it sorted!

    i’ve been reading about these ise machines, one of the lads may be able to give you a price on one 😉

    if youve got the back off (and the appliance unplugged :zap:)

    have a look in the black hose going from the drum to the pump as thats where the filter is, if thats clean take the pump off and check there is nothing stuck in that

    try raising the top basket to its highest setting – pull the basket out till it stops, theres 2 clips on the end of the runner the basket will then come out and you can refit using the bottom set of wheels – this should help the dispenser open slightly more 😉

    all depends how technically competant you are,

    unplug the appliance :zap:

    take the lid off and have a look inside, see if there is anything obvious first

    the part you need is 1702251 😉

    i’ve got both elements and i’ve visually checked them for you.
