I would order this from Masterpart or Europart maddocks.

Re: LG Condensor Tumble Dryer TD-C70045E filter clean error

    Hi All

    Just to update this post

Went back to this job and metered out the motor.

I found I could only get a resistance reading across the two outer pins rd&bu

I found I could not get a reading across all three of them.

I have since ordered a new motor and fitted it .

The readings for future guidance are as follows

Between blue and white pins 24.5 ohms

Between red and white pins 22.6 ohms

The dryer is now working fine.

    Kind regards

    Cheers

I have fitted a capacitor, which failed to sort it.

Done some research and everybody seems to have the motor even amazon.

I would think it is a common failure.

Will go back tomorrow to do some tests on the motor.

    Thanks for your swift reply.

    Thats right man !

Just reading the post re f21 fault disconnect motor then do a reset

Tried a normal reset on first visit ie turn dial to six seven etc ,hoping it would just be that after i had changed valve, but no seems to work .
I may try again disconnect valve reset pcb the re connect valve .

    Re: BOSCH WAE 24164

    Hi
Changed the valve already, one coil was only reading 8ohms through it.

But still has not corrected fault.

I have never seen this fault either done this for 30 years.

Have had the wiring harness off and tested it and it is fine too.

Have changed the board across the valve also .

    Cheers

    Re: BOSCH WAE 24164

    Hi Mike
I have the removed board today

It clearly is a fault like you describe .(triac I feel )

However nothing to see on board blown etc .

Metered the harness to pressure switch and valve .

It needs a new board but customer is unwilling to have it replaced .

Will end up with machine for spares so will put in by till I get a used board.

Cheers for your help man .

    Re: BOSCH WAE 24164

    Hi guys

    Tried it and it’s fine

As I say once machine is filled on rinse machine then turned dial turned to wash cycle machine will work perfectly including heating the water rinsing and final spin . Then repeat with your next load of washing .
