    Re: WhirlpoolTop Loader Pump sleeve

    Hi
Is this the correct part number ?
I have had this part before of masterpart and a local company called Hedley’s.
I just tried it into Hedley’s website and it is not recognised.
0191 5846041 R Hedley perhaps you could ring them with your model number .

Re: Indesit IDCE 845s – Condensing Dryer

    Hi
I have had the same thing before, eg a one shot stat giving a closed circuit reading.
The one shot stat either reads closed or open circuit,it does not alter it’s reading because you have warmed the stat up.
The only time it alters its reading is when it goes above 140 degrees.
When this happens it is a mechanical action that makes the stat go open circuit.
I now always short the one shot stat out to preform a proper test.
    Cheers

    Re: **Indesit WIA111*

    Hi guys
I went back to this machine today and fitted a new circuit board.
I was delighted when i could see the machine now working ok.
I was talking to a hotpoint engineer who advised me that this is a very common fault.
I also observed that this machine seemed to be stuck on the one programme, and could not reset.
It would however complete the programme perfectly ok.
    Cheers

    Hi
There must be an earth fault on one of the other elements.
Sounds like you may need an engineer to test the oven with a megger

    Re: Bosch wm WAS24466 gb/11

I think this machine has a fault detection system to protect board blown when brushes wear down .
Check out Bosch f21 fault on the forum it might need resetting .

    Re: Zanussi E40 fault

I went back to this machine yet again.
I cleared the fault memory but still got anE42 error when trying to use the machine .
I had difficulty in getting machine to clear error code as it would only go to the number eight led and not to number ten led on the display board .
However i did find it cleared the code on led number eight .
The machine has now been scrapped with lots of nice bits to keep other machines washing merrily .
The customer now has a shiny new Bosch Classix ➡
