Morning Gents, I know it’s a late reply to this thread but just had a customer with exactly the same symptoms. What do the two codes relate to?

    All help appreciated :worthy:

Cheers Paul. Have traced the wiring back but no signs of damage to the board at all. Apparently the thing went with a hell of a bang and a flash, I was expecting the board to be in bits. He’s got another lamp enclosure (??) which I’m going to fit first.

Mr @Been on the internet to find the fault’ called yesterday for his Samsung washer……er no hold on its a…….LG. Found that the fault code OE is an unbalanced load :con: but still gives the same fault when empty. Can I call out and look at it. Gets all his details etc, sort out my route and set off. Half an hour later he’s back on the phone…’Oh I went back on the internet and found another site with the info so I don’t need you’.

Why oh Why can’t they p*ss about first and then call us. 😈

Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?

Phone is off on a Sunday so pick up voicemail for Monday around 8.30PM last night. Someone then calls (unknown number) at 8.50PM as I’d left the phone on. I asked them ‘politely’ to call after 9 in morning as I was just putting my son to bed.
Ringing back through messages this morning when I get to this stroppy female who says ‘we called you last night and you asked us to call back tomorrow, didn’t think you were interested as we’d left you a message earlier as well, we’ve rung someone else’ then comes the all telling phrase….’I’m in business as well and…..’. Why do these pillocks expect you to be on call to them 24/7 just cos they’re misguided ‘work effick’ tells them they have to :rolls: .

    Monday rant over 😉

Youda thought he’d have delved a little deeper, like we all have to when the fault isn’t as obvious as we thought.

Whats the manufacturer and number of the regulator. Sometimes easier that way with these older ones.
