    Yes Correct you have to remove + Split box

    Only has the usual thermostat/TOC attached to element same as all other manufacturers

    I presume that the thermostat is operating and controlling temperature correctly and circ fan OK

    Usually the mains connection box on the back will cause this, probably one of the links burnt ?

    This is the EWM1000, I had a similar problem about 3 years ago, the machine always stopped at the end of the wash program before going into rinses but if turned off could be restarted straight away and passed all diagnostics. Ended up changing main board, heater, pump, valves and carbons but never managed to clear fault and in the end suspected toc in motor but due to cost customer decided to purchase new machine.
