I had a machine about a year ago – unable to remember neff or bosch and after fitting new pump the machine pumped out water and went into spin.
Then after setting onto spin for the final test the pump didn’t work replaced pump again and still the same problem. On this machine I found that the pump would not run unless water was in the drum before setting to pump + spin.
Never heard from customer after repair – may be worth a check

If I remember – the Energy Regulators were 31ER1 single circuits and now replaced by 31ER1HT + you have mail

I don’t know of an Indesit one but have used Baumatic Spares directly in the past on 0123 5437 244 and found them very helpful

Had one of these a couple of months ago, turned out to be rear drum bearing worn
