I have now got the machine in the workshop and managed to find test cycle info and comes up with error 10 but can’t find this error not listed – can anyone help on this.

The Grill element listed is 3570339014 but this comes up as obsolete. had one last month and used Qualtex ELE2031 slight alteration to the support bar plus add link to common terminal.

Is this the heater that is fitted directly onto the motor if so lay machine on LH side and remove base panel – Remove motor assy – replace heater then refit motor assy easy job

This is an old style machine and could possible be a timer fault but would check as you stated the heating along with filling and pumping, also that the siphon tubes are not blocked, these can cause a lot of problems with timer sticking

Did you test heater circuit from connections on module and also check solder joints on module around the relay?

The cooling fan stat is 3570560056 rated 115/100c NA – open circuit until reaching temperature. then brings fan into operation. the other stat is NC and this is a large klixon overheat stat – I had one to fit fit today.
