    Ringley,

Its more about style than anything – I have found that Gorenje refrigeration products are very reliable and as an added bonus are repaired by the independent sector. Siemens are equally reliable but in the main only serviced by their own service network. If you shop around you will pick up the Gorenje for the same price as the Siemens.

Also look at the Gorenje WA73160 has all you want within your price range and serviced by Independents 😀

    Re: Manufacturer Seeking Agents

I need a refrigeration engineer able to do system work covering some of the SG postcodes. If you’ve already sent your stuff I’ve got you just need SG4,5,6,7,8 & 15,16,17,18,19
Rates and information required as above.

Silver side outwards – with the bottom slightly out carefully lock the two top indentations (notches) into the back hole area of cabinet. Then gently push the bottom forward until the screw cut out lines up with the screw hole in the back of the cabinet. Put screw in and tighten up.

Its abit tricky but if you look, there are two pop marks near where the top notches fit in the cabinet. The biggest problem is lining up the screw hole at the bottom but persist and you’ll get there.

Re: Manufacturer No 2 looking for agents

Look guys just do me a favour – if you want me to put you down for this work please give me the information I have asked for, if you don’t then I’m not going to bother putting you forward – so to reiterate I need the following –

Postcode areas that you cover. (this does not do -‘I do bits of Glasgow and bobs of Peterborough) be specific ie PE1 thro 24 or PE1 PE23 PE24)
What skillsets you have – laundry, (gas or electric or both – think gas tumble driers) cooking (Gas and/or electric or both), cooling (whether you do R134a & R600a or just R600a and if you do system work)
    a Company name
    a contact name
    a landline/mobile number or both
a valid email address (and please don’t change this half way through and expect me to know who you are)
    and finally WTA/DASA membership number

and when you have got it all together email it to me at – Dales.Electronic@btopenworld.com

    Many thanks – Ian

    Re: Smart Card Reader

Indesit companies care reader is used across the range you just change the one shot card. But taking on board what you have said why not just do what many of us do – get EMW to just supply you with a repaired programmed board.

Re: Manufacturer No 2 looking for agents

John – I’ll put you down for this one too but note that the second manufacturer wants all three skillsets whilst the first one only wanted refrigeration engineers. That is not to say that those with only one or two skillsets will not be considered. ie if you’ve want the work and have something to offer get you name down.

    Re: elux defrost timer

Yes you can get a Supco one that has adjustable defrost times – all you need to do is get the wiring diagram and sort out the pin outs. The major issue for you Mark, is whether it will physically fit. Qualtex part number used to be F/P 22 or Supco part number EDT20

    Re: Manufacturer Seeking Agents

Nospin – send me an email with the postcodes you cover, if you can do system work on both R134a and R600a or only R600a. I also need a contact name, telephone number and email address. Many thanks
