Yep – to quote Mr K ‘just ping me a PM’ indicating the postcodes you want to cover, what you can do, a contact number and your WTA/DASA membership number. 😀

Sorry we are unable to give you this at the moment as the negotiations have been confidential and will not be made public until later. However, the monies is good and you get van spares – so ‘you need to be in it to win it’.

To be honest it would probably be a good investment to get a local reputable engineer in to do it – otherwise you could end up spending loads on parts you dont need. If you post up your area/postcode I’m sure one of the guys on here will contact you.

Sounds like the heater and/or the thermostat has gone, as the heater is used to both heat the water and later to steam the dishes dry.

Would suggest that the door latch has gone over the top ie too far with the power off try and flick it forward.

We need to have more information to give a diagnoses – it should start with abit of a pump out, followed by water going in, then circulating pump running (the one pushing water through the spray arms), heating of the water, dispenser opens and finally drain out – where in the sequence (if it gets this far) does it stop. Or doesn’t it start at all??

You may have inadvertantly closed the door lock which has latched. Put a cotton bud in the lock hole and then waggle it about and see if the latch slide moves across. If so then you should be able to close the door.

If you do work for them JTM (0800Repairs) keep the parts but are usually abit reticent to supply. 😕
