Try fully defrosting it for 48 hours with the doors open and then retry and see what you get.

Just before I send the final invites out for the meeting is there anyone else that you would like to invite. I have got most of them but have no one from within Electrolux group or Brandt. If you took out an extended warranty you may be able to get the insurance company to pay for the repair or replacement. Otherwise you will be very lucky to get anywhere.

If you have a quick look down the left side of the cabinet you will see another label that gives the full spec of the appliance – need the model details ending /xeu. The internal label only gives the abreviated details. Tks

As Sean says its a difficult one for you; if it’s any comfort to you the way things are going up this way he may lose some of his network coverage and be unable to replace it. Many have now come to the conclusion that whilst the work is fairly straight forward it is not our place to finance Samsung with items that are badly designed – I’m sure you will take my meaning 😕

From a post on the forums and my search on the ISE site we seem not to have an agent in the Tyne & Wear area – surely this is not true??
Re: Servis Fridge not cooling… but the freezer is working
The model number and serial number are both on a label to left side of the salad draw inside the cabinet = these would be helpful. However, this unit does not have any cooling in the fridge area but relies upon cold are being ducted from the freezer compartment. Before you do anything defrost the appliance for 48 hours with both doors open and some towels down. Then switch it back on and see what happens – likely your only problem is that the ducts have frozen up and no chilled air is getting into the fridge.
