Re: Whirlpool dishwasher G2P DW1 flashing and beeping at me

If the light is flashing steadily with no obvious pauses then the NTC is the most likely culprit as your engineer suggests 🙂

On the main PCB LED display is it just number 5 that is lit (no others flashing etc) ?

    Eek it’s a Servis 😯

I would think either the latch is worn or the hinges have become “strained”:

    Door latch – 720064000
    R/H Hinge – 246004100
    L/H Hinge – 246004200

I don’t think anyone has a definitive answer to be honest but any advice is offered freely 😉

I would tend to go with another NTC personally to rule that out, if that fails then maybe a call to Whirlpool as their service network will have a piece of hardware that can run a full diagnostics test on the PCB 🙂

The hotplate/grill knobs about £2 each from SEME but the oven knob is £15 for some reason, checked with Connect as well and they show a similar price 😯

DC97-08145A is the part number. Connect or SEME will be able to supply 🙂

Are you sure, it sounds like the hoses are on the wrong way round to me (rinsing in hot/warm water) 😉

Apart from that, the extra friction of the higher cotton cycle spin speed may be the cause.

Re: Servis 6kg Washer/Dryer Wont spin..

As Iadom mentioned, check the belt for damage/slackness (with the power off :zap:)

Nearly all Servis faults with no spin are caused by the module if the belt is OK, most are in excess of £100 🙁

Re: WDM120 Washer Dryer – no spin

If the brushes are OK, it can only leave the motor itself 🙁

These are prone to fail with this symptom.

Around the £90 mark from memory. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please for confirmed prices 🙂

Power off when checking the machine :zap:

    Re: zanussi fjdr 1466w

The faulty pump has damaged the control PCB by the sound of it 🙁

There is no component level information so a replacement PCB is the only option if that is the case (£90 ish).

Power off when checking please :zap: or check the repairs@ link below 🙂
