C7 is actually related to the heater and/or heat control, I doubt the PCB has failed in that case.

It sounds as if the lower spray arm and/or the support have worn if it doesn’t turn smoothly. Possibly the upper one as well if that isn’t moving.

Pretty reasonable to replace:

Lower – 369656 – £8.87
Upper – 359976 – £14.69

As long as the water circualtion is OK, that should be all you need. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if required.

If you could post the PNC (product code) from the rating plate inside the door please. I can chack for further details for you.

It sounds like a blockage though to be honest.
