It is, it’s an error that occurs sometimes. No idea why to be honest 😕
Nowt to worry about 🙂

ParticipantRe: Hoover fridge freezer HCA300FK – PCB
It depends on the date, 91201739 is up to week 16 2003 and 41007946 after that date.
I would agree with WVM, thermistor at fault, part number is 91201875 but quite how you’re meant to fit it…… 😉

ParticipantRe: Hoover HD98E Error code 3
E3 is “not heating” for this model 🙂
Element, thermostat/thermistor or PCB failure.
Power off when checking please :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer if you’re unsure.

Nope, not with me anyway.
I just see people in a different light I guess, innocent until proven guilty 😉
Andy was a different case as he was repetetive in his whining.
Never mind, Penguin has put the thread to rest anyway now I would think 🙂

ParticipantRe: diplomat adp8152 thermostat problem
This model is made by Haier and they did have a problem with nuisance tripping of the heater TOC which is what the repair guy reset by the sound of it.
There is a replacement TOC that is set slightly higher in temperature to resolve this problem, ask him to order part number 012G6010009.
Also ensure the spray arms are clear of any blockages 🙂

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint Aquarius FDW60 – loud ‘buzz’ noise at Rinse sta
The buzzing is the solenoid on the softener unit (salt container) I would think.
Nothing to worry about normally but generally you won’t hear it, if it is overly loud then a call to Hotpoint may be a good idea to get it checked out.

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool G2P DWS COLD ONLY?
Hi, is your repairer a member of this site ?
If he is, please ask him to contact me as I can let him have technical information that should help resolve the problem for you,
If he isn’t, he can contact me anyway as it may be beneficial to all 😀

ParticipantRe: do we dont we ?
Everything we’ve done has been a trial of sorts as we are all learning, another one won’t hurt 😉
Go with Cornwall IMO and see how it goes, a 3 month reviewable period perhaps ?

Sorry, I didn’t read your first post fully and assumed that you had no idea how to set a programme.
Sarcasm is not the way to get help though 😉

ParticipantRe: Hpt/Bosch d/w Dispeners
If it’s the sliding door type it should be either 263088 “WITH STEAM VENT BEHIND DISPENSER DOOR” or 265837 “NO STEAM VENT BEHIND DISPENSER DOOR”
Pardon the CAPS, copying and pasting 😉
