A couple of interesting snippets about this one I’ve found:
Check the water distributor unit and also the programme selector gets oxidsed contacts which also causes odd errors like this.

From that I assume that is less than 12 months old ?
If so, please phone Hotpoint as there is clearly a problem with the machine 😉

ParticipantRe: indeset idl500, advice please
This should help in removing it:
http://www.supergluecorp.com/removingsuperglue.html
Both parts are seperate if it cannot be removed but shouldn’t cost more than £20 for both the control panel and button should they be required.
Let us know how you get on please, and power off at all times until resolved :zap:

ParticipantRe: Diplomat integrated ad8242/8332
It depends which one of those you have 😉
ADP8242 is a Smeg manufactured and the ADP8332 a Whirlpool
Both completely different appliances… 😕
Once you have this, use the forum search and search for F1, there’s plenty of info on both types in there 😀

I think you’re right TBH, nearly all driers run at 60C.

ParticipantRe: zanussi de6965 problem since moving house
It probably was tipped on it’s side causing the residual water left inside to activate the anti-flood protection.
I wouldn’t worry if it’s working to be honest, just keep an eye on it the next few cycles 🙂

Two unrelated problems I think.
I would be looking at the grill regulator and either the hotplate selector switch and/or the hotplate itself as both are prone to failure.

ParticipantRe: Candy dq130 Washing Machine
I agree with Iadom, it sounds like a partial blockage not allowing the water to clear quickly enough which may explain why the short spin works as not as much water is expelled 😉
To identify the module, I will need the full serial number starting 3…… please as there are a couple of versions.

ParticipantRe: Candy CD474
There appears to be three in there:
91200490 (four terminal, the main one I think)
91200492 thermostat 45C
91200491 safety thermostat (4 terminal multi-plug)
No thermistors that I can see, I’d order the first one personally and go from there 🙂
