    Re: Multi-Appliance insurance?

Domestic & General are generally regarded by us Independents as one of the better insurance companies to work for and I’m sure they would be able to sell a policy to cater for this.

    They are here:

Ask them to fit the suspension kit part number SUSKIT1 as that solves most “tapping on spin” noises 😉

The part number for the whole handle kit is 719007000 as long as it’s white 🙂

I don’t know what 324002200 consists of but it’s probably just one part of the above kit.

    Connect have stock.

Isn’t it always the way 😕

It turns out the belt is actually 8 x 375 only fitted to a few of this model with certain serial numbers 🙁

Has anyone got one of these, part number 1914760 ?

Re: Creda Europa Solar Plus main oven overheating

The indicator has a “D” shaped hole which pushes on to the thermostat shaft so while it is possible in theory I suppose it would probably be easier to change the thermostat in the first place 😉

Also the calibration will vary depending on the setting so it still wouldn’t be accurate.

This is the same as a Servis dishwasher M4306 so if anyone knows the error codes for those (I don’t :() could you post them please.

    Cheers.

    Re: SMEG dishwasher DW1710

Depending on the height of the “flood” it may have got water in to the base tray of the dishwasher, try leaning it to one side and see if any water runs out (towel at the ready).

Further than that, I think you’ll need an engineer to be honest, check the repairs@ link below.

Holding the start button in is the reset essentially but if that doesn’t work then it sounds like an electronic failure.

Engineer time really for an accurate diagnosis, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

Yes, normally it’s fine for a single built in oven. Check on the rating plate, it should be no more than 3kw in total 🙂

Re: prima lpr600 beeping, but not starting – please help!

What did you do to resolve it ? 🙂

Whirlpool’s solution is a complete spray pump motor at just under £100 as the hose is moulded to the pump housing 😯
