    Re: LIEBHERR KSU4260

If no-one replies Tony, send me an email as I need to phone them in the morning anyway as I need info on a KIU1640 butter flap (unless anyone knows that as well :D)

AndyArmstrong wrote:My plan is to supply a suitable voltage on that wire to see if the compressor starts. Does that seem like a reasonable approach?

    No !

Live testing of this type is dangerous :zap:

It’s highly unlikely the compressor has failed to be honest, more likely an electronic problem which may mean a new PCB but other components will need testing correctly (with the power off) to rule anything else out.

If you’re unsure, then please ask an engineer to attend, the repairs@ link below should provide one 🙂

Have you tried right click on the link and “save as…” ?

It may be worth a try if you have an earlier version of Acrobat 🙂

Re: Beko WMB 10 follow up

Yes, it sounds like that’s the drain hole which is meant to be there 🙂

It won’t hurt to check anyway to be on the safe side of course (with the paper) 😉

    Re: Cooker Hood faulty

It’s probably the control PCB but could also be the motor.

Engineer time to be honest as these are not easy to check without the correct test equipment.

Try the repairs@ link below 🙂

Have you tried repairs@ (link below) ? 🙂

If there’s no-one listed, let me know the first part of your postcode and I’ll check a list I have.

    Re: ERROR CODE

E3 is a drain time out, from GIAS:

“Water drain phase not finished, within the designed
limit time of 3 minutes (check filter and hose).
Faulty drain pump (open circuit or short circuit).”

    Pressure chamber/switch problem maybe ?

BB05100 Contains 2 x 6205 bearings and the seal is 30×62/75×10/16 which should be stamped on it normally.

If you could confirm those sizes are correct when the machine has been dismantled I can sort the rest for you 🙂
