unhappy_customer wrote:I have still not had any calls or correspondence regarding this. I have tried the number below but all the times/days I have tried there is only a recorded message saying their lines are closed and to ring back during their normal business hours. These hours are not specified in their message and there is no facility to leave a message. I have rung in what I would consider normal business hours.

    Address (Concept)

    Suite 1
    Commerce house
    High Street
    Sutton Coldfield
    B72 1AB
    0870 892 1601 – permanent message service

Kevin and I have been to visit them before but that wasn’t the address we went to, that was in the middle of Brum somewhere.

The thermistors are the usual culprits, there’s plenty on them in the other Mistral threads as well 🙂

    You can see them here:

If you need either or both, drop me an email rather than ordering from the online shop as it’s UK delivery only carriage but I can arrange delivery to Spain easily enough.

Check the drive coupling underneath the plate itself, it may be either broken or misplaced when cleaning.

Apart from that, I would take it to a local repair shop to get it checked over.

    Re: Hoover HF7 150M

The “timer” on the control panel is just a motorised selector switch (GIAS description) so I would think it can only be the board even though the interlocks are unreliable on these.

97923619 is the part number, quite reasonable 🙂

    Fingers crossed 😉

    It’s a Zanussi in disguise 😉

Can you get the PNC (914?????) off of it and the make of the motor, I should be able to narrow it down from there.

Re: A.E.G. frost free fridge freezer santo

If it’s a small square in the lower half of the fridge display then it’s one of the fridge sensors (thermistors) faulty normally.

Part numbers 2080545029 (evaporator) and 2080544014 (air sensor).

Tech sheet for the PCB on the way but no wiring diagram I’m afraid.

Moved to trade tech forum as well 🙂

    Hinge is part number L79A000A4.

For some reason Connect don’t recognise it as a Fagor, it’s their part number 5031687971876 (in stock)

Necht are the brand name of Maple Industries. If you use the forum search you can find out quite a bit about both the names 😉

Essentially it’s rebadged appliances from various sources depending on the model number/appliance type.
