So what’s happened to their forum then ?

    It’s gone 😯

Have they moved it, or decided UKW’s forum is more interesting 😆

Re: Installing New Bearings and Shaft Seal to Spanish Bosch

The best way to identify the seal is read the numbers off of the seal itself in the format ??x??x?? then order one either from a specialist bearing supplier or from RS components, the url for the seal section is:

    http://tinyurl.com/2p6sa

although they don’t stock all sizes.

Brains, could you get the full model number from the rating plate, there’s a whole load of different versions.

The liklehood is they’re all the same, but just in case 😉

    Re: Zanussi DE6965 dishwasher

There’s two versions of this dishwasher, one has a single wash/drain pump the other two seperate pumps.

To identify I will need the product number code from the rating plate beggining with 911??????

If you can post that up please.

    Thanks.

Yes, as Mark says, it’s manufactured by a company called Crosslee (White Knight), their own version of the same dryer would retail for about £130.

Re: Ariston Margherita 2000 – I also have a problem!

When you say it stops, do you mean the drum stops rotating or all the functions stop ?

Is it draining the water away ? If not, check the filter for blockages.

Stopping on the rinse cycle could also mean no cold water is reaching the machine, is the cold water tap on and the hose ok (not kinked).

    Some pointers that may help.

    Re: Tricity Fridge3738D Thermostat

Can your customer get any numbers from the stat Laurence ?

That model isn’t listed by Electrolux any more 🙁

    Dave.

P.S. Never rely on global search for accuracy, it’s good but it ain’t that good 😉

What info sheet is that Tony ?

Do you have an electronic version you could send, or is it available for download on your site.

    Thanks.

Nearly 3 kwatt’s to two horses, surely that’s illegal 😯

The last time a horse/kwatt comparison was carried out, any comparison was denied by kwatt’s partner 😆

    Don’t despair !

It’ll only take one call, good job done = 1 happy person tells 3 more people, 3 people tell 3 more etc etc.

    It’ll soon build up 😀

Sorry if I appear blunt, but it sounds as though you need a competent engineer to carry out the repair for you.

We are only able to advise so far as giving you detailed instructions on how to repair appliances is leaving the door wide open for repurcussions if you harm yourself in any way.
