ParticipantAs I am not doing the MFI work JT has no hold over me as far as contract agreements go, and as they have breeched their contract with me more than once, I may well take the approach of terminating them with immediete effect (when the time is right 😉 ), untill then the work in my area is being passed elsewhere anyway.
Perhaps I’ll get a call asking if I want to be a hub, my answer: “On yer bike”
BTW Phil, you have my full backing on your decision, I’m sure you have made the right choice. Assuming Darren wasn’t just making a social visit, you are set to pick up a bit of work in that direction I guess, which will more than compensate for any work lost from our friends in SOS

Participantflipper wrote:What access level did this guy have Ken?
Sorry Flipper I know you asked Ken but I just picked this up.
Danny had access to the site and the trade forums only, no access here.
flipper wrote:Isn’t Danny the ‘owner’ of the company in the London area that directors of NESN ‘don’t’ have any shares in
It may well be, the registered address is:
Appliance Xpress Limited
2a Eskdale Avenue
Northolt, Middlesex UB5 5DJ
UKAnyone know about it ?

ParticipantWhat makes this even more ridiculous is one of the, lets say higher up employees of the company already are a registered user of the site, but that person has never asked for forum access.
Perhaps they thought it would be refused, quite the opposite, it has been made clear than ANY person from within this trade will be allowed access.
It would appear that the person in question has just got too used to his devious ways and now knows no other conduct, which is quite sad really when you think about it.
Anyway, they will never gain access now, which just pushes the divide even wider between them and the rest of us in the real world.

ParticipantCeltek, we use them to recalibrate our microwave monitors, it looks as if they have three different companies under the Celtek name. Celtek Maunfacturing are in Liverpool, Celtek Calibration are in Blackpool and Celtek Electronics in Southport.
Thanks for that.

No problem.
JP wrote:but it would seem at present Chris appears to be ignoring alot of correspondance and picking and choosing what he replies too. I do not agree with the minutes being released until they have been checked and this should be discussed at the next council meeting.
Indeed, if I hadn’t been there and was a DASA member who happened to read the minutes, it would be total misrepresentation of what was actually discussed.
Chris needs to ‘wise up’ or take a huge back-step at the least IMHO.
BTW Chris has access to the trade forums on this site (not twr), he signed up as user name “DASA”, now if that isn’t taking the piss…..

Are you sure about that Del ?
You were sat next to me and opposite Oldtog, two of the more unsavoury characters at the table that night. 😀
If anyone remembers Musical Youth from the 80’s I’ve rewritten the lyrics in anticipation :
“Pass the ducky on the left hand side”
BTW Oldtog, the wife’s coming this time, so for one night only I am definitely the better looking one. 😉

ParticipantAlly I had one of these with a similar problem a few years ago, IIRC they are made by Brandt. I replaced the module (not far short of £80 😯 )
which made no difference at all.It turned out that a small restriction in the waste was causing a drain ‘time out’ error. 😳
The blockage was not obvious as the machine seemed to drain all of the water ok, fairly quickly.
May be worth a check 1st, or possibly the door lock, it looks on the diagram to have a double switch arrangement.
HTH

ParticipantI see from the snail mailed AGM agenda this morning that Network DASA has been added with a talk from Tony Brown of MFI. 😀
Also attached the Council Members nomination form, I see that there is no mention of the directorship open to re-election 🙁 Or is this not allowed ?

Indeed I will, it could save a lot of time and money in advertising 😀
Thanks Phil

ParticipantUnless I am mistaken or misinformed Endeva have no trained white goods engineers on their payroll, the only engineers they have/had are brown goods, the only involvement with “whites” is installs and exchanges for Whirlpool and Miele.
Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

ParticipantWell today I had the inevitable phone call, from Jo Lo, yes she went back to work after all.
She wanted to know what could be done to resolve the differences between NESN and myself. 😯
Apparently JT has got involved along with Nic Cooper and according to him (JT), I should be left to cool off over the weekend and then Jo Lo is to phone me Monday “with a big hug” and everything will be alright. (Fuckin arrogant twat 👿 )Why she told me this I don’t realy know, she is almost being too pally with me, which is worrying.
According to her, many of the top performers in the network, as far as WIP/KPI go have either already given notice, have NESN on stop or are VERY pissed off with them. Now, as we all know NESN use these figures as a selling tool to gain new contracts, keep existing contracts etc, so they are very worried at the moment, it seems they are surviving by grabbing anyone they can to fulfill their contractual obligations.
Example: they have NO gas cover at all in Devon, and this ain’t a small County.
Anyway, I told her I cannot see a way that I can continue working for a company that I no longer trust, contractually or financialy, not only did they take 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of my area last year without former notification (breach of contract), pay 60{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}-70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} each month with no definite date of the balance being paid (another breach of contract) totally fuck up on the shares payments and certificate issue (in breach of English Company Law).
On top of that I have had legal threats from JT to “shut up” on the white goods email list and on this site, and now he is threatening collegues with a clause in a contract wich basically I wouldn’t wipe my arse with.
I’ll let you know what the conversation holds on Monday, if it happens, and I wonder who will make the call. If JT offers me a hug, someone had better have a bucket close to hand. 😮
