maybe we should start a reference guide with any wiring diagrams we have in the tech forum similiar to error codes and diagnostics
    would be very handy resource

    Re: Servis M3094 blown module

be sure the machine is totally fine , these boards are not very good and will blow for damp or earth leakage or because you look at it in a funny way and be very sure before buying a new module as they cost well over 100 pound so it could be costly if you are not 150{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure. 🙁

i’m sorry i dont have a wiring diagram and i dont think you will find one online either we just dont get them.
on a 90 wash does it get to 90 degrees or about 60 before moving on.
i really dont know now with the fault you are describing i think the best course of action maybe to get the engineer back
it could be wired wrongly incorrect part altogether timer error without being in front of the machine i really cant help any more
    sorry 😥
although someone else may have an idea

    :lesson:
the rating should be written on the side of it i thhink they are 85 but i could be thinking of something else entirely,
most appliance spares shops should have them try to see if you can get one from this site or for speed find your local spares shop and take in the old one,

alll you need though is the fuse it comes seperate from the element make sure you dont go out and buy a complete element or get talked into it
this fault is caused by several things
1 not emptying the filter regular
    2 overloading
3 not allowing the machine to complete the final cool down part of the cycle the machine needs this as much as the clothes do do not open the door even to just check on the clothes or it will happen again

    Re: Bespoke kitchen ding dong!

i delivered a machine about 6 months back, the customer paid us to connect it for him when we got to the house and wheeled in the machine,
into his lovely new fitted kitchen tiled floors walls really nice i even commented on the fact, i asked where the machine was going and he pointed to a gap near his wall.
    oh dear
the smart arse kitchen fitters had made a few gaffs
gaff 1 placing the washing machine taps first then plastering so that the taps were half buried in the wall plaster
gaff 2 placing a woodem plinth under the worktop about 2 inches deep
gaff 3 and this is the good one, making a gap barely wide enough for the washer to fit into, and then tiling with the chunkiest tiles all the way back to the wall.
i explained to the customer that i could not plumb it in for him, he did his nut at me 😯 and said he had paid me for connection,i offered to refund the connection charge eventually i made him understand i am not a kitchen fitter plasterer or a tiler and that the problem lies with the kitchen fitters.
about 2 weeks later he called me back to connect it,he explained that it had taken many phone calls but it was now ready
fix 1 the taps were now at an angle pointing an inch out from the wall so the machine would not push back flush
fix 2 the wooden plinth had been removed hence the worktop was loose(the man ended up using a bit of wood on top of his washer to prop it up 😡 )
fix 3 the tiles and half the plaster had been lovingly removed with a hammer ruining half his wall he also informed me that the kitchen fitters blamed everyone on earth for the problems without admiting fault and also would not be coming back to repair his tiles.
the customer has now given in and puts up with it.

oh joy oh joy oh joy ilove 😈 plumbers and kitchen fitters

Re: Indesit WG1130T element replacement advice

you should be able to buy a complete element pretty easily i am sure someone will get back to you on that but just find the element, unplug first of course, theny ou should take off 3 wires (make note of where they go) unscrew the ten mm nut and gently coax it out, some come straight out some are more tricky, then replace the new element making sure to line it up with a bracket inside the tub (you should feel it as you pull out and push in the new element) then tighten and keep an eye on it the first time through for leaks.

although most elements don’t just go wrong on their own it is normally a symptom of a greater fault usually the drum bearings, has your machine been noisy recently?
or maybe even a coin spun around and hit it.
let me know how you get on and any problems just ask. 😀

Re: Whirlpool Washing machine AWG 280

i think it unlikely that it is wired incorrectly most stats are only a few wires,
    the variable one normally 3.
it is more likely a faulty stat or some other fault which programs does it heat on?
the hot ones or the cool ones. and what do you mean by lost control the more specific you are the more help we can be. 😀
does it seem to heat indefinatly getting hotter and hotter or does it seem to stick at the same temp?

    Re: Hoover SE220

i have had that also where the machine will sit for seconds , then ramps to whatever speed it should be doing as the dry joint arcs across.
i think it is this machine with the module,
i think it is all the hoover se machines.
also worth checking the brushes if it is a dry joint i tend to find them either dead or very poorly looking 😉
but i have to say if i go out to a hoover these days first thing i do is check the little red wire where it enters the taco usually pull straight out.
