ParticipantThanks for that. I’ve got the user manuals but not the service manual.
I did try all the programs but Ithe compressor never runs. (don’t think it’s getting power).
Not to worry, thanks for trying.DentedPorsche

Missing a number on the 85 number.

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool AWZ3303 T/D Modified Switch Wiring Connections
Hiya,
Long time since I had to do one of these.
The new switch will have 4 connections, 2 for the door switch and 2 for the start. If I remember correctly, 1 and 3 are for the door switch and 5 and 6 for the start button.
You need to identify on the original which pair of wires are for the door switch, fit them to 1 and 3, the other 2 then (obviously) go to 5 and 6.
Hope this helps

ParticipantRe: hotpoint oven code
Hiya,
The codes I have for Hotpoint single ovens show this code to be a problem concerning the potentiometer regulating the temperature.
The fault is discovered after 1 minute from the moment that the oven is turned on.Unfortunately, can’t say for sure that this covers your machine, but, I’ve no other oven codes.
Hope it helps.

ParticipantRe: Diplomat ADP8322 f7 f6 f5 after repair
ADP8322 has no display.
Are you getting the code from the start light flashing?5 flashes should only be shown in the engineer test program.
6 flashes is a water inlet fault.
7 flashes is a flow meter faultDP

F5 is listed as “inadequate water supply”.
As it’s filling it would suggest a pressure switch or flow meter fault.
(sorry, haven’t looked to see what’s fitted).Brian

ParticipantRe: Zanussi Built-In Oven ZOB550WL Oven Stat – 3 Terminals?
Hiya,
There’s not a lot in this diagram.
Across 1 and 3, it’s the neutral to the fan.
1 and 2, thermostat to the elements (common across the elements).
All the elements are shown to be switched from the selector switch. If 1 and 3 on the thermostat goes open circuit, the fan should stop.
There are variations of the terminal numbering, P1, 2 and 1 , 1, 2 and 4 etc.

ParticipantRe: Zanussi Built-In Oven ZOB550WL Oven Stat – 3 Terminals?
Hiya,
Looks like a switch and thermostat combined. The switch brings on the fan, the thermostat part controls the element (along with the selector switch).Hope it helps

ParticipantRe: Zanussi WJD1257W FAULT CODE
Anything ending in 0 is a customer fault code.
Most likely, if you go into diagnostics, you’ll find the engineer code E11.
Normally caused by the triple valve being faulty.HTH

ParticipantRe: Strix to Diamond H ?????
OK, the original wiring diagram (which you no doubt have) shows double to 4 and single to 2. you have a double and a single on 2? Where does the double go off to?
I don’t see any hob hot lights so wondering where the extra wires are linked to.DentedPorsche
ParticipantRe: Strix to Diamond H ?????
I think I’m losing something reading through the thread.
The strix, is it a single regulator having connections P1, 2 and 4 only? -
