If it is genuine it will have a prod no. or PNC number starting 9002….. give us this number and we will have a look, there are some listings for the 2020 to the trade.

What type of insurance policy has written it off?

Hotpoint and Indesit are part of the same group and are nowhere near the quality of Liebherr. I would go back to the insurers and try and negotiate for another Liebherr as they are the best.

If they cannot supply a Liebherr find the current model to what you currently have and try and negotiate a cash settlement so you can purchase elsewhere.

I did hear a rumour late April that Hotpoint / Indesit service were going to start taking Curry’s work that could be taking effect.

The appliance and the ad which is an Australian site along with your ip address suggests that you are in South East Asia.

LG dishwashers are not generally available in the UK as we have models which are specific to us.We would usually go with Bosch, Beko,Zanussi or Miele depending on budget.

Something has to be holding the base firm on all sides so I would first remove the feet and then with a fine blade check out the three slits at the bottom of your photo. Removing the crumb tray at the top of the photo may give a clue as well.

As also mentioned before it’s also worth googling part numbers before ordering from so called trade suppliers.

Ps our old intergrated Liebherr fridge 15yo, is going to make an excellent beer fridge…

Well Steve you answered your own question really 😉

Liebherr are still the best you can get by a country mile, they aso produce a very wide range of sizes. You could of course buy a Miele which is made by guess who? That’s right Liebherr and you will pay a lot more but still only get the standard European guarantee of two years. You could always take an extended guarantee out if you want peace of mind.

There is a great article here which explains load sizes far better than I ever could.

A duvet in a domestic washing machine just soaks up the small amount of water current energy efficient machines use.
