    Hi Phil

I couldn`t find these available for download I`m afraid.

You may be able to get them though from Hygena Diplomat spares price around £3.50 plus P&P.

Re: Bamboozled! Which fridge and freezer?

    Hi

It does seem nowadays that since consumers are requiring A rated products the insulation has to be thicker which includes the doors. So to maintain storage drawer and shelves space the only way you can go is to make the product deeper.

Gorenje produce a good range of refrigeration without spending an arm and a leg. They will come with a full five year warranty as well, you can see the range here available from independant retailers. The models to look at end in DE.

Next up would be Bosch and Siemens (same stable) good quality products German design and led with a two year warranty.

Then at the top would be Miele and Liebherr. Miele are very good appliances however due to the high price of spares and gaining tech info is very slim unless you are a Miele service agent. Liebherr are at the premium end along with Miele and as far as we can tell produce some of the Miele refrigeration for them. Liebherr specialise in refrigeration so be prepared for a higher price per unit.

    Re: instruction manual

    Hi dell1

The Spanish Whirlpool website only has it in Spanish and I can only find it in Spanish on the UK Whirlpool site.as well. The only thing I can suggest would be to type AWOD into the english site here download them and compare the control panel etc to yours for a close match. Failing that you will need to give them a ring from the contact us link.

No worries gadgetdad it`s here in the known error codes thread, page three half way down.

You can purchase the “book of codes” from this link the top one for a tenner is for trade and the £30 version is for the public.

Fair comment to you to Martin 😀 8)

When I was rereading the post I came to the conclusion that if the Asko wasn`t up to the job then a Bosch certainly wasn`t going to be either.

The Miele while not cheap would save that buy cheap buy twice scenario from happening.

    Just a thought 😉

How about looking out for a Bosch WAS28460GB……… 💡

Only trouble it`s not robust enough for a commercial application and you only get a one year warranty.

Apart from Iadoms suggestion the only other manufacturer I can think of would be Miele commercial appliances.

    Hi Simon

Deleted duplicate post in trade tech enquiries.

Much easier to keep it to one thread from yours and other posters perspective.

This post will “bump” it as well 😉

    Hi Barry

Type raw AND appliances into the search function towards the top of the page, there are quite a few threads with contact details.

    Hi Mike

If you mean Amica appliances, Portway at Andover would be the nearest that I know of.
