Youv`e done all the work then steve 😆 that would have been my list. It now comes down now to how much you want to spend, the Liebherr would always be my first choice though 😉 the others are worthy machines to be fair.

Hi Steve
From what I can gather it`s all in the hinge. If you change to the traditional sort the hinges are larger and will stand proud, so it looks like a slider replacement appliance.
If you want I can have a hunt around for you to see what would be a reasonable deal 😉

Hi Lee
A large thread on skinny jubilee clips If you type jubilee AND clips into the search function, there are other threads to read.

In terms of replacing it – I can get staff discount on Siemens and Bosch. Would you recommend one or both of those brands?
I would recommend both. They are from the same BSH stable, well made with a two year warranty on Bosch, Siemens next level up in terms of build and accessories etc. They will cost more but in most instances come with a five year warranty.HTH 🙂

ModeratorRe: Advice Please on Fridge Freezer
Hi
It`s pretty much well documented in these forums that the Samsung products when working are good value for money appliances. Service attention and spare parts can be slow to say the least.
The JLP model ( Zanussi ) more than likely is still a good machine, I just think that the others on offer are better 😉

Hi Nicole
Firstly I would say well done John Lewis Partnership for great customer care.
Their own badged refrigeration is usually produced by Zanussi which is one of the best out there in most price brackets. I would say you have just been unlucky on this occasion.
Take a peek at the Bosch, Siemens and Miele machines, this Siemens as an example would be a good bet.
HTH 🙂

The quickest way would be to give David at ISE a ring on 0845 226 1268.

ModeratorRe: Door seal gunge
Hi
Unfortunately once the seal is gunged up replacement is the only option. To prevent it happening on the new seal, this article may help.
You can order a replacement direct from our shop@ or mail an enquiry to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk quoting the make and model no.

ModeratorRe: Undercounter Freezer 55cm Wide, 55 cm depth
Hi Lloyd
I would have a look at one in the flesh before committing. It`s very small capacity of only 2.2 cu ft on an appliance 494mm wide may not have enough storage for you.

Hi Jon
Is it a single or double oven you are looking for? If it`s a double is it to go under the worktop or at waist height and up?
